Weld Table Tooling

A fixture table only earns its keep once you have the tooling to go with it. This collection brings together the welding table clamps, stops, squares, bolts and blocks that turn a drilled top into a set-up you can repeat, in 16mm and 28mm sizes.

16mm or 28mm tooling?

Buy tooling to suit the holes in your table. 16mm tooling fits any table with 16mm holes, which is the standard grid on MAC tables. 28mm tooling is heavier and suits bigger fixtures on 28mm tables, such as a PRO 10 ordered with 28mm holes or an ULTRA 28D.

All MAC squares, stops and brackets are made in-house at our workshop in Shobdon, Herefordshire, laser cut from S275 hot rolled, pickled and oiled steel in 6mm, 8mm or 10mm, depending on the part. Most of the PRO squares come either as a self-weld kit or ready made. Lock down ball bolts fasten from the top of the table, so you are not reaching underneath to do them up.

For welding clamps and locating parts, the MAC X YAHANDA range adds vertical toggle clamps, locating bars and angles, quick locking bolts and ground connectors in D16 and D28, plus 81 and 111-piece D16 accessory packages if you would rather start with a full set. Piher plier and piston clamps sit in our clamping tools range, alongside MAC's own clamps.
