MAC PRO 10 Modular Welding Fixture Table, 10mm Top, 16mm or 28mm Holes, 1.5m x 1m to 2.9m x 1.4m

Our PRO-10 tables are the ultimate professional modular welding table fixture system. These tables are designed inhouse using the tab and slot locking interface. All PRO tables have a 200mm rib sub-frame offering maximum strength and accuracy. The PRO-10 is supplied with a material thickness of 10mm. If you need a thinner top, please see our PRO-6 (6mm) or PRO-8 (8mm) ranges. For a 15mm top, see ULTRA 15. 

Unlike other imports and cheaper constructions, we design superior sub-frame cross bracing as this is the most critical part of the fixture table to ensure a truly flat and accurate fabrication surface. We design, test and manufacture everything in house and the UK to maintain a high quality of control.

As standard, the PRO-10 has the industry standard 16mm hole pattern (50mm hole centres) to work with all industry fixture 16D tooling. The PRO-10 can also be ordered with 28mm holes.

We only use Hot Rolled, Pickled and Oiled S275 structural mild steel. What this means is just after the production the sheet steel is run through an acid bath (Pickling) to remove any impurities, rust and mill scale from the surfaces of the steel. This leaves the sheet raw and unprotected so a light coving of oil is used to protect it. Using HRPO steel is ideal for our fibre laser cutter, as it eliminates the need to cut thriugh mill scale and surface impurities. This allows the laser to cut more cleanly and accurately, resulting in precise, high-quality parts. In our opinion, HRPO steel also produces a far superior finish compared to the look of traditional mill scale. 

We can also offer our tables with either a fully threaded tapped top or half 16mm and half thread tapped. These holes can either be tapped by us or we can laser the holes for yourself to tap. Contact us for a quotation.

Have a Logo which you would like cutting into the table? No Problem! We will do that Free of charge! Please note you may see in some of our images the side plate logo which dips lower this is an aditional charge due extra material due to the material nesting.

Self-Weld + Leg Kit + Castors: Delivered flat packed including leg steels (70x70 legs, 50x50 bracing if requested) mounting plates, Castors for yourself to assemble and weld up. (Does not included fixings & Customer to advise top of table height during checkout, See our assembly page for more info).

Ready Made: We assemble, weld, and quality-check your item—so when you receive your table, it’s ready for you to start fabricating something awesome.

Ready Made + Leg Kit: As above but we will all cut, assemble and weld your leg kit along with your table top. You will receive your table fully welded (legs will require fitment). (Customer to advise top of table height during checkout) 

Ready Made + Leg Kit + Castors: As above but we will all cut, assemble and weld your leg kit. You will receive your table fully welded (legs and casters will require fitment) (Customer to advise top of table height during checkout).

PRO TABLES sized 2.5x1.25m and above are provided with 6x Legs and castors when selected.
