MAC PRO 6 Modular Welding Fixture Table, 6mm Top, 16mm Holes, 1m x 1m to 2.9m x 1.4m

Our PRO-6 tables are the ultimate professional modular welding table fixture system. These tables are designed inhouse using the tab and slot locking interface. All PRO tables have a 200mm rib sub-frame offering maximum strength and accuracy. The PRO-6 is supplied with a material thickness of 6mm. If you do require a thicker material, please check our PRO-8 or PRO-10 ranges. 

Unlike other imports and cheaper constructions, we design superior sub-frame cross bracing as this is the most critical part of the fixture table to ensure a truly flat and accurate fabrication surface. We design, test and manufacture everything in house and the UK to maintain a high quality of control.

As standard all our tables and tooling include the industry standard 16mm hole pattern (50mm hole centres) to work with all industry fixture 16D tooling.

We only use Hot Rolled, Pickled and Oiled S275 structural mild steel. What this means is just after the production the sheet steel is run through an acid bath (Pickling) to remove any impurities, rust and mill scale from the surfaces of the steel. This leaves the sheet raw and unprotected, so a light covering of oil is used to protect it. Using HRPO is nicer for our fibre laser cutter as the laser doesn’t need to cut through mill scale and impurities which can and eventually affect the accuracy of the laser cutter therefore using HPRO Steel gives you precision cut parts which in our opinion they look more awesome than the dreaded mill scale.

PRO 6 tables have 16D (16mm) holes only. Tapped holes are available as a custom order only: contact us for a quotation.

Have a Logo which you would like to cut into the table? No Problem! We will do that Free of charge! Please note you may see in some of our images the side plate logo which dips lower this is an additional charge due extra material due to the material nesting.

Self-Weld + Leg Kit: Delivered flat packed including leg steels (70x70 legs, 50x50 bracing*If requested) and mounting plates for yourself to assemble and weld up. (Does not included fixings & Customer to advise top of table height, See our assembly page for more info).

Self-Weld + Leg Kit + Castors: Delivered flat packed including leg steels (70x70 legs, 50x50 bracing if requested) mounting plates, Castors for yourself to assemble and weld up. (Does not included fixings & Customer to advise top of table height during checkout, See our assembly page for more info).

Ready Made: We assemble, weld, and quality-check your item—so when you receive your table, it’s ready for you to start fabricating something awesome.

Ready Made + Leg Kit: As above but we will cut, assemble and weld your leg kit along with your tabletop. You will receive your table fully welded (legs will require fitment). (Customer to advise top of table height during checkout) 

Ready Made + Leg Kit + Castors: As above but we will cut, assemble and weld your leg kit. You will receive your table fully welded (legs and castors will require fitment) (Customer to advise top of table height during checkout).

PRO TABLES sized 2.5x1.25m and above are provided with 6x Legs and castors when selected.
